3. Background Checks
Worker background check information is processed through secure third-party services and is kept confidential. Only the pass/fail status is shared with pet owners.
4. GPS & Location Data
Location data is collected during active services only and is shared with the pet owner for that booking. Location data is not stored beyond the service completion.
5. Pet Documents
Rabies certificates, vaccination records, and other pet documents are stored securely and shared only with workers assigned to your booking.
6. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email to send monthly pet education, visit tips, and promotional content. You may unsubscribe at any time.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared with payment processors, background check providers, and as required by law.
