Assumption of Risk
By using PawPartner services, you acknowledge that pet care involves inherent risks. You accept responsibility for any injuries, damage, or loss that may occur during services.
Pet Owner Responsibilities
Pet owners must provide accurate information about their pet's health, behavior, and special needs. Owners must ensure pets are up to date on vaccinations and provide relevant documentation.
Worker Responsibilities
Workers agree to provide services in a professional and caring manner. Workers must follow all safety guidelines and report any incidents immediately.
Release of Liability
You release PawPartner, its affiliates, and its workers from liability for any claims arising from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Emergency Authorization
Pet owners authorize workers to seek emergency veterinary care if needed during a service. The pet owner agrees to bear all costs of emergency care.
